Phat Birds specializes in delicious fried chicken + southern sides. We use free-range chickens that are free of hormones and antibiotics — and whenever possible, we use organic ingredients. We have a “scratch kitchen” and all food is made to order. All sauces are made by scratch, we hand-cut our fries, slow cook dry beans and do all pickling in-house. “How do you want it?” is our catchphrase– choose from our Honey-dipped, Nashville-hot, or traditional styles all fresh out of the fryer.
