HOW TO USE:
Depending on your preference, the Clarifying Toner can be applied in 2 ways:
Option 1: Place a few drops of this toner between your hands and apply to your face and neck with light tapping motions until fully absorbed.
Option 2: Using a cotton pad or cotton ball, apply the organic toner to your face, avoiding the eye area and your neck. Do not rinse. Optimal use: Evening or morning with sun protection on a clean face.
